Cue Zero Theatre Company presents the thrilling, dramatic, new play Time of Death by Jonah Knight at the Arts Academy of NH. See two timelines at once play out on stage as we discover what led to three homicides in this can’t miss premiere!

Time of Death is the second mainstage show for the 2025 season at Cue Zero Theatre Company! This is the first time this version of the play has been seen as well as the east coast premiere. Directed by CZT Artistic Associate Crystal Welch and Fight Choreographed by Matt Brides, this is an action packed show full of clues that will make you want to see the show more than once to catch it all. In the Fall of 2002, on the eve of a major business merger between LanCol Solutions and AT&T, 3 people wind up dead in an apartment. Action takes place on stage simultaneously in the timeline leading up to the deaths and in the investigation timeline a few hours after. Are the detectives initial theories on what happened correct or are there more twisted truths lurking beneath the surface? Discover a play filled with characters who all have something to hide and ask yourself the question, is anyone in the right? “I love to create immersive theatre” says Director Crystal Welch. “The details are everything when it comes to theatre, especially mystery theatre. I want the audience to have things to look at as soon as they enter the lobby for this show. Time of Death is full of rich details that a lover of crime dramas will enjoy picking up on and will leave the audience thinking about all the things they might have missed upon first inspection.”
Time of Death runs May 2nd and 3rd at 7:30p and the 4th at 2pm at The Arts Academy of NH (19 Keewaydin Dr. Salem, NH). Tickets are $20 plus fees per person online or at the door.
